French heavyweight lawyers Dumas and Verges will defend Libya and Gaddafi and attack NATO in court. Verges is the biggest heavyweight in this case.
Former Foreign Minister of France Now in Libya, Preparing Case Against NATO
Libyan officials said Dumas and Verges had offered their services as volunteers to represent the civilian victims of NATO bombing.
Former French foreign minister Roland Dumas visited Libya as a lawyer to prepare a legal case on behalf of victims of NATO bombing.
Dumas, who served as foreign minister under French President Francois Mitterrand, before France was taken over by the Hungarian CIA agent Sarkozy, said he had seen several civilian victims of NATO bombing in a hospital and had been told by a doctor there that there were as many as 20,000 more.
"Following an approach by the government of Libya, we have decided to make this trip to see for ourselves the condition of the victims and the situation," he said. /continues

[In the unlikely event NATO is found guilty of the war crimes it has committed (use of cluster bomb mortars, killing civilians, bombing civilian structures), first thing to note is that the coalition has set a precedent via their ICC in holding the leadership responsible for acts of the armed forces, that would include Rompuy, the leaders of the countries involved in the bombing, NATO leaders and their accomplices on the ground in Libya. Defendants will die of old age by the time the trial is over.]
Al-Jazeera footage captures 'western troops on the ground' in Libya
Armed western men have been filmed on the ground with rebels in central Libya in the first apparent confirmation that Nato has sent military advisers to train anti-government forces.
A group of six westerners were clearly visible, according to a report by al-Jazeera from Dafniya, described as the westernmost point of the rebel lines west of the town of Misrata. Five of them were armed and wearing sand-coloured clothes, peaked caps, and cotton Arab scarves.
The sixth, apparently the most senior of the group, was carrying no visible weapon and wore a pink, short-sleeve shirt. He may be an intelligence officer. The group is seen talking to rebels and then quickly leaving on being spotted by the television crew.

Why the ICC is a joke, a political tool that finds hearsay sufficient to issue arrest warrants -
An Entirely Fake Court
(from The Fake ICC and the Globalist Strategy of Tension)
The “arrest warrant” issued by the ICC is based on evidence acquired from “30 missions to 11 States, and through interviews with a large number of persons, including key insiders and eyewitnesses.” The ICC itself notes that the “unprecedented cooperation” it has received has come from “States and organizations, none of which are currently working in Libya.” Undeterred by their admittedly tenuous investigation, they go on to provide an enumerated list of their “evidence.”
A look over this “evidence” presented by the “Office of the Prosecutor” reveals an amateurish, almost desperate attempt aimed at the Libyan leader. The entire basis of the “Prosecutor’s” case is built upon reports taken from BBC, AlJazeera, the London Guardian, New York Times, the US State Department’s Broadcasting Board of Governors-run Voice of America, the globalist-funded Human Rights Rights Watch, and the National Endowment for Democracy and Tides Foundation-funded International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), among many, many others.
Perhaps depending entirely on their self-appointed authority, slick logo, tall headquarters, and official looking website, the ICC hopes no one actually looks at the “evidence” or realizes that the same corporate-financier interests are the driving forces behind both the fake ICC and the fake NGOs and corporate-funded media organizations that have supplied it with “evidence.” It should be noted that even the BBC, along with AlJazeera and many other corporate-funded media organizations have conceded, albeit buried deeply within their reports on both Libya and Syria, that their sources cannot be verified as it is based on 2nd information conveyed via “activist groups.” It should also be noted that the “Arab Spring’s” opposition and these “activist groups” are also globalist-funded.

Another overt eruption of a decades long ongoing operation to assassinate Gaddafi is discussed in this article that is well referenced with weaknesses in claims noted.
If At First You Don't Succeed - Four Decades Of US-UK Attempts To Topple Gadafi
Behind a wall of silence, the US and UK have been conducting over the last four decades a massive, largely secret war against Libya – often using Chad, the country lying on its southern border, as its base. The current attacks on Col. Gadafi’s troops and attempts to assassinate the Libyan leader with the US deployment of unmanned drones are best seen as part of a wide-ranging and long-standing strategy by the US/UK secret states to dislodge Gadafi.
Reviewing media coverage and its portrayal of events as if part of a well choreographed scene in a play.
'Noble' War In Libya - Part 1
One can hardly fail to be impressed by the corporate media’s faith in humanity. Or at least that part of humanity with its finger on the cruise missile button. Last week, the Independent's Patrick Cockburn predicted that ‘Western nations will soon be engaged in a war in Libya with the noble aim of protecting civilians.’
At the opposite end of the alleged media spectrum, former Spectator editor and current London Mayor, Boris Johnson, agreed in the Telegraph:
‘The cause is noble and right, and we are surely bound by our common humanity to help the people of Benghazi.’
So is the aim of the latest war a noble one? How do Cockburn and Johnson know?
'Noble' War In Libya - Part 2
As a Sunday Times leader made clear on March 20, sometimes you just have to draw a line:
‘[T]here can be no accommodation with a man like Gadaffi or any of his family who aspire to succeed him.’ (Leading article, ‘Allies need a rapid victory to outwit Gadaffi,’ Sunday Times, March 20, 2011)
Seven years earlier, Alan Massie wrote in the same newspaper:
‘The sight of Tony Blair shaking hands with Colonel Gadaffi last week will have disgusted many… One may sympathise with these sentiments but, pushing emotion aside, Blair has shown courage. It would be lovely if international politics could be conducted so you were always dealing with decent people. It might be nice if governments were able consistently to pursue the "ethical foreign policy" of which Robin Cook used to speak so enthusiastically but the world isn't like that.’ (Massie, ‘Keeping Gadaffi close is the safest option,’ Sunday Times, March 28, 2004)
Sometimes, then, there can be accommodation with a man like Gaddafi. It was important not to overstate the extent of his crimes:
‘Of course, Libya remains essentially a dictatorship, even if not as repellent a one as that of Saddam's.’
And democracy was far more likely to take root in the Middle East ‘in an atmosphere of friendship than of hostility’. Thus Blair was ‘bringing Libya into the fold of the community of nations’.
Fallujah, Iraq 2004 - Misrata, Libya 2011
This article compares reporting of the Falluja situation in Iraq with that of Misurata in Libya
The bias is made clear for the densest of the people's representatives in the UK and US. Perhaps not so for France.
The main ambition of the article for me is to point out that where a couple of cluster bombs were (wrongly) attributed to the Libyan army and used to call for intensification of the coup d'etat attempt, despite the use of similar munitions as well as DU weapons and carpet bombing using thousands of tons of explosives by NATO and the US in Iraq and Afghanistan, not one call for the invasion of the US was made nor were any warrants issued by the ICC for leadership arrests.
The war in Libya and the crisis of the European Union
The following article is based on a report given by Peter Schwarz, secretary of the International Committee of the Fourth International, at a seminar of the German section of the Socialist Equality Party during the Easter holidays in 2011. We are publishing it in three parts.
The vehemence with which the war has developed is a result of both the bitter conflict between the leading imperialist powers, and the exacerbated class antagonisms within these countries themselves. Like most wars, the war in Libya is partly determined by domestic political motives. It serves to divert attention from social conflicts and create the conditions necessary for their violent suppression. Both Sarkozy and Berlusconi are in the process of imposing enormously unpopular austerity measures on the working class. Opinion polls show that both have been extremely unpopular for months.
John Pilger wrote couple of relevant articles, this one makes the pitch for resource rich and strategically desirable location being the reason for the blitz -
David Cameron's gift of war and racism, to them and us
The Euro-American attack on Libya has nothing to do with protecting anyone; only the terminally naive believe such nonsense. It is the West’s response to popular uprisings in strategic, resource-rich regions of the world and the beginning of a war of attrition against the new imperial rival, China.
President Barack Obama’s historical distinction is now guaranteed. He is America’s first black president to invade Africa. His assault on Libya is run by the US Africa Command, which was set up in 2007 to secure the continent’s lucrative natural resources from Africa’s impoverished people and the rapidly spreading commercial influence of China. Libya, along with Angola and Nigeria, is China’s principal source of oil. As American, British and French planes currently incinerate both “bad” and “good” Libyans, the evacuation of 30,000 Chinese workers is under way, perhaps permanently. Statements by western officials and media that a “deranged and criminal Colonel Gaddafi” is planning “genocide” against his own people still await evidence. This is reminiscent of fraudulent claims that required “humanitarian intervention” in Kosovo, the final dismemberment of Yugoslavia and the establishment of the biggest US military base in Europe.
The detail is also familiar. The Libyan “pro-democracy rebels” are reportedly commanded by Colonel Khalifa Haftar who, according to a study by the US Jamestown Foundation, set up the Libyan National Army in 1988 “with strong backing from the Central Intelligence Agency”. For the past 20 years, Colonel Haftar has been living not far from Langley, Virginia, home of the CIA, which also provides him with a training camp. The Mujihadeen, which produced al-Qaida, and the Iraqi National Congress, which scripted the Bush/Blair lies about Iraq, were sponsored in the same time-honoured way, in leafy Langley. /continues
And this item that discusses the new language and implementation of colonialism -
Welcome to the violent world of Mr. Hopey Changey
When Britain lost control of Egypt in 1956, Prime Minister Anthony Eden said he wanted the nationalist president Gamal Abdel Nasser "destroyed… murdered… I don’t give a damn if there’s anarchy and chaos in Egypt". Those insolent Arabs, Winston Churchill had urged in 1951, should be driven "into the gutter from which they should never have emerged".
The language of colonialism may have been modified; the spirit and the hypocrisy are unchanged. A new imperial phase is unfolding in direct response to the Arab uprising that began in January and has shocked Washington and Europe, causing an Eden-style panic. The loss of the Egyptian tyrant Mubarak was grievous, though not irretrievable; an American-backed counter-revolution is under way as the military regime in Cairo is seduced with new bribes and power shifting from the street to political groups that did not initiate the revolution. The western aim, as ever, is to stop authentic democracy and reclaim control.
Libya is the immediate opportunity. The Nato attack on Libya, with the UN Security Council assigned to mandate a bogus "no fly zone" to "protect civilians", is strikingly similar to the final destruction of Yugoslavia in 1999. There was no UN cover for the bombing of Serbia and the "rescue" of Kosovo, yet the propaganda echoes today. Like Slobodan Milosevic, Muammar Gaddafi is a "new Hitler", plotting "genocide" against his people. There is no evidence of this, as there was no genocide in Kosovo. In Libya there is a tribal civil war; and the armed uprising against Gaddafi has long been appropriated by the Americans, French and British, their planes attacking residential Tripoli with uranium-tipped missiles and the submarine HMS Triumph firing Tomahawk missiles, a repeat of the "shock and awe" in Iraq that left thousands of civilians dead and maimed. As in Iraq, the victims, which include countless incinerated Libyan army conscripts, are media unpeople. /continues

What Would Fractional Silver Mean?
[...] I believe that fractional silver is not going to be a trend, but will be the rule in the coming year. Reports are already out that silver is not easy to currently find or obtain. Silver’s applications supersede just a monetary precious metal due to its importance in industrial and commercial applications. Although it’s nicknamed as “poor man’s gold”, something is definitely afoot here. Again, I’m basing my statements on the commercial appearance of tenth ounce and quarter ounce fractional denominations. If and when other minting companies follow suit, you’ll have already had a heads up. The financial collapse storm is coming.
The protection machinery is still at work defending the guilty by denial. Let's call them 9/11 deniers
Arguments Regarding the Collapse of the World Trade Center Evaporate Upon Inspection
Preface: Now that Bin Laden has been confirmed to be dead, it has been established that Saddam Hussein was not behind 9/11 (one of the main reasons for the Iraq war), and Iran has been accused of having a hand in 9/11 - potentially forming the basis for a war against Iran - it is time to revisit some important, unanswered questions.
This essay does not argue that bombs brought down the Twin Towers or World Trade Building 7, even though many top structural engineers believe that is what happened, and people could easily have planted bombs in the trade centers without anyone noticing and without the conspiracy being discovered.
It simply addresses the frequent argument that fires caused the metal to sag, which brought down the 3 buildings, and that the case is closed.
Bilderberg, the main force behind the CO2 scam
[...] And finally, it’s official: the world is cooling. The exposure of corruption among prominent scientists advocating man-made global warming has dealt a huge body blow to Bilderberg. As Tucker says, ‘They see a lot of money to be made through the hysteria over global warming.’ The global carbon tax has long been a Bilderberg objective. And why not? It’s a tax much of the population would probably be happy to pay, or at least those who are unaware of the ‘Climategate’ scandal, manipulated computer climate models, selective data collection from strategic weather stations and the exposure of the vested interests and corruption of IPCC head Rajendra Pachuri. One prominent name on the Bilderberg guest list this year was Bill Gates. According to Tucker, Gates ‘hadn’t been himself to a Bilderberg meeting for about 5 years, though his boys are there every year.’ However, this year the man who openly admitted his support for world population reduction through vaccines at this year’s TED conference, let slip his attendance to a reporter from the Spanish free daily 20 Minutos and also his intention to address the issue of climate change. Expect to hear Gates again advocating ‘cloud whitening’ technology in the near future. After all, geo-engineering, arguably the greatest man-made environmental hazard facing our planet, was conspicuously absent from the Copenhagen and Bali Climate Conference discussions (despite being on the Rio Earth Summit agenda in 1992). The political pendulum may swing from cooling to warming and back to cooling, but the conclusions and solutions will be the same: a culpable tangible commodity like CO2 which can be index traded and taxed, and more chemtrailing – weather manipulation through the use of toxic chemicals for either economic or military purposes, masquerading as environmental panacea.
As stated at the beginning of the article, The Logan Act, passed in 1799, states that it is ‘a criminal offence for any American public official to plan public policy with private business behind closed doors.’
