Paedophile MPs are mocking British law
AS a supporter of anti-child abuse initiatives, including calling for a full investigation into institutional paedophilia over the past four decades, I have been particularly interested in the events of the past week.
Published: Sun, March 2, 2014 By Sonia Poulton
[Image] INSIDIOUS: Parliament is ‘encircled by paedophile rings’ influencing our society [PA]

To recap: Labour Party members Harriet Harman, her husband Jack Dromey and their  colleague Patricia Hewitt have been at  the centre of a media frenzy for their alleged links to the Paedophile Information Exchange, which campaigned to legalise sex with children in the Seventies.
Naturally, I found their reported connections to PIE disturbing when I first happened upon this information, which is why I wrote about it in the Sunday Express last May.
The reason I did, and why I will now return to the subject, is simple.
In October 2012, MP Tom Watson stood up in the Commons and addressed the Prime Minister. He told David Cameron that he had become aware of rumours of paedophile rings which “encircled parliament” and had done so for decades and he then asked for this to be investigated.
The Prime Minister agreed and Operation Fairbank (later evolving into Operation Fernbridge) was duly launched.
Since Mr Watson’s pronouncement, we have witnessed the arrest of a Catholic priest, two unnamed workers associated with a children’s care home and a sorry display of Seventies light entertainers and present-day soap stars who have been paraded before the public and the courts to answer varying charges of abuse from paedophilia to groping.

Most of the charges have been dismissed due to lack of evidence that comes when reporting historic abuse. There have been scant convictions save for the former TV presenter Stuart Hall.
However what we have failed to see, and they have been glaring by omission, are any arrests pertaining to parliamentary paedophiles.
For this reason I have been perturbed by the recent focus on Ms Harman et al by the media, including the BBC, which continues to insist that this issue is about one newpaper’s battle with the Labour Party.
It was no more acceptable to support “paedophile rights” in the Seventies than it is now, even though apologists keep suggesting it was part of the “liberated landscape”.
The truth is, there is a bigger issue within the Establishment. Over the past 17 months I have interviewed many survivors of child abuse.
I have heard stories of satanic ritual abuse, a significant factor in many paedophile rings, at the hands of household-name parliamentarians past and present

[Captioned text.] I have recorded testimonies from a number of adults who have implicated former MPs, from all parties, as their abusers.

I have heard stories of satanic ritual abuse, a significant factor in many paedophile rings, at the hands of household-name parliamentarians past and present.
I have listened to claims of acts so obscene, so grotesque, borne out by the physical as well as mental scars many of these survivors carry, that to hear them relay their experience has left an indelible image in my mind and no attempt to erase the details has been successful.
One problem of a Parliament dogged with paedophiles and their sympathisers is that those MPs my interviewees have named are attempting to foist their warped ideology on our society.
In their roles as representatives of our nation, they continue to align themselves with focus groups and individuals who want to significantly lower the age of sexual consent, just as Ms Harman apparently did decades ago with the National Council of Civil Liberties and PIE.
I know about these supporters because I have publicly taken to task a number of them over the past year or so in print and on TV and radio.
They include academics and lawyers and they have forcefully joined the call to legalise child sex.
Far from “protecting children who wish to explore”, as these apologists claim, it would make youngsters more vulnerable to the advances of predatory paedophiles who wish to satiate their desires while escaping scot-free because if it is legal to have sex with a child, then there will be no abuse case to answer to, will there?
The truth is, paedophilia is not a political issue but a moral one. It has no affiliations based on gender, background, cultural inheritance, wealth and religious or political persuasions.
It permeates every area of our society and not just the preserve of stereotypical dirty old men in raincoats

Consequently, it is one thing to highlight MPs who have apparently previously backed dubious “anti-childhood” campaigns but it is far from an even spread of the true reality.
We now know that MI5 actively covered up MP Cyril Smith’s abuse of children and it appears far from an isolated case.
I recently interviewed Andrea Davison, a former intelligence officer now on the run in South America following her whistleblowing on the arms-to-Iraq scandal of Tony Blair’s Cabinet.
Ms Davison was adamant that paedophiles are a staple of parliamentary life and have been for some decades. She claimed that MPs have been filmed abusing children and this footage is used to blackmail parliamentarians into acquiescing on issues of global importance.
If this is true, we must ask just how ingrained in political life is a paedophile agenda?
Despite reporting to the relevant child abuse investigations all the MPs who have been named to me, I’ve heard nothing more and neither have there been any arrests.
While I appreciate that it would be equally wrong to name names without the due process of the law, I believe we must show a willingness to tackle this most heinous of subjects, and a decent starting point would be for those accused to be questioned.
For now, abuse survivors are left asking why we are concentrating on the misdemeanours of Harman, Dromey and Hewitt without properly tackling those in the corridors of power who have been implicated in the abuse of children.
For those who support the rights of children, this appears to be nothing more than a smokescreen to protect the guilty.
The question is: who is protecting our children?

Pedophile Scandals in the U.K.
By Steven MacMillan
Global Research, August 20, 2015
New Eastern Outlook 19 August 2015
Britain has been rocked by incessant pedophile scandals since the revelations that the former DJ and BBC television presenter, Jimmy Savile, was involved in widespread child sex abuse. Even though the full scale of Savile’s crimes will never be known, it is thought that he raped and sexually assaulted up to 1,000 girls and boys on the BBC’s premises alone, with many accusing BBC executives of turning a blind eye to his nefarious activities. Savile, a man who looked as much like a pedophile as one possibly could, was also known for his connections to Prince Charles, raising serious questions as to the British royal family’s knowledge of Savile’s behaviour.
The crimes of the former presenter of ‘Jim’ll Fix It’ are only the tip of the iceberg however, as the pedophile epidemic clearly permeates into the highest echelons of the British establishment. The UK’s Home Secretary Theresa May stated in March that pedophilia is “woven, covertly, into the fabric of our society,” a harrowing truth that the people of Britain will have to confront if a microcosm of justice is to be delivered to the victims of such malevolent crimes.
It seems every passing month brings a new revelation pertaining to alleged crimes committed against children by leading political figures and a subsequent cover-up by the establishment. The month of July was no different, as evidence surfaced which indicates that MI5 covered up for members of Margaret Thatcher’s government who were accused of abusing children.
Newly released documents show that the Director General of MI5 from 1985 to 1988, Anthony Duff, told Thatcher’s Cabinet Secretary that an unnamed MP had a “a penchant for small boys”. Duff’s 1986 letter to the Cabinet Secretary reveals that he accepted the MP’s denial of any wrongdoing largely on the basis that: “At the present stage… the risks of political embarrassment to the government is rather greater than the security danger.”
The former MI5 boss clearly writes that the “political embarrassment” of such a revelation being released to the public is more important than protecting innocent children from harm. Can you think of a more repugnant act than covering up for alleged pedophiles who inflict so much pain, suffering and psychological trauma on their victims?
MI5 is also accused of being complicit in covering up rampant sexual abuse at the Kincora children’s home in the North of Ireland, in what Amnesty International called “one of the biggest scandals of our age”. As the Belfast Telegraph reported last year, at least three men who were opposed to the crimes informed MI5 that children were being abused at the Kincora home in the 1970’s, yet nothing was done.
The security organisation is alleged to have turned a blind eye to the child abuse and blocked police investigations into the home. Many have asserted that British intelligence blackmailed child sex abusers as opposed to prosecuting them, using information about pedophilic activities as leverage to control high-level political figures.
Former UK Prime Minister, Edward Heath, is the latest figure to be accused of being involved in child abuse, after the news emerged that he is being investigated by five police forces.
Attempts to set up an objective investigation into the true scale of pedophilia in Britain’s leading institutions are in disarray, with two previous chairs of the so-called independent inquiry into child sex abuse forced to step down due to links to the establishment. Justice Lowell Goddard, a New Zealand judge, is now leading the inquiry, a job which is reported to come with a salary of close to £500,000 a year.
In a nation where high-level corruption is the norm and so many within the establishment have their hands dirty with the cover-up of crimes, can we really expect any semblance of justice to arise from this investigation?

When we see guys like Bernie Sanders get visibly angry at guys like Alan Greenspan it behooves all of us to go beyond the entertainment of it or some prima facie agreement and to truly understand why the anger is justified. If we were to all take the responsibility to understand the lifeblood of our American existence i.e. the economy, we will most certainly be moved to remove not only the policymakers but the system that together serve only those at the top of the economic food chain and at a cost to the rest of us. When we do we will be asking why in the hell is no one yelling at Janet Yellen??

AP Exclusive: UN to let Iran inspect alleged nuke work site
Aug. 19, 2015
VIENNA (AP) — Iran will be allowed to use its own inspectors to investigate a site it has been accused of using to develop nuclear arms, operating under a secret agreement with the U.N. agency that normally carries out such work, according to a document seen by The Associated Press.
The revelation on Wednesday newly riled Republican lawmakers in the U.S. who have been severely critical of a broader agreement to limit Iran's future nuclear programs, signed by the Obama administration, Iran and five world powers in July. Those critics have complained that the wider deal is unwisely built on trust of the Iranians, while the administration has insisted it depends on reliable inspections.
A skeptical House Speaker John Boehner said, "President Obama boasts his deal includes 'unprecedented verification.' He claims it's not built on trust. But the administration's briefings on these side deals have been totally insufficient - and it still isn't clear whether anyone at the White House has seen the final documents."
Said House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Ed Royce: "International inspections should be done by international inspectors. Period."
But House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi shrugged off the revelation, saying, "I truly believe in this agreement."
The newly disclosed side agreement, for an investigation of the Parchin nuclear site by the U.N.'s International Atomic Energy Agency, is linked to persistent allegations that Iran has worked on atomic weapons. That investigation is part of the overarching nuclear-limits deal.

Israel strikes Damascus’ military targets in retaliation for rocket fire by ‘Iran-funded militants’
Published time: 20 Aug, 2015
Israel has pounded with artillery and launched airstrikes against 14 Syrian military positions in Golan Heights, holding Damascus responsible for failing to prevent a rocket attack on Israeli territory which the IDF pinned on an “Iran funded Islamic Jihad” group.
According to IDF sources, the air force and artillery struck “five or six times” in the Syrian Golan, hitting Damascus’s military facilities in the area. Two of the rockets allegedly struck open areas in the Golan Heights and two others landed in the Upper Galilee far from the border with Syria. In addition to Golan airstrikes by the Israeli military, unconfirmed reports emerged that the IDF also targeted Syrian 137th Regiment near Damascus.

Two men identified on CCTV as suspects in the Bangkok bombing have handed themselves in to police, claiming they are tour guides.
A hunt is underway for a man shown in a security video leaving a backpack at a popular Bangkok shrine before the blast and two other people seen near him who were also considered suspects.
The pair, in red and white T-shirts, were being questioned by police, but insist they are innocent, authorities have said. They were later release and a spokesman said the two men "definitely" are no longer suspects.
It comes after police said the bombing was executed by more then 10 people and took a month to plan.
New CCTV images have also been released showing the bomber riding a motorbike away from the scene just two or three minutes after the explosion.

‘Gulf states begin realizing ISIS is threat to them too’
19 Aug, 2015
For the first time countries like Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar are beginning to realize that in the long run ISIS is a threat to them, not just a threat to the regime in Syria or the Houthis, says Dr. Conn Hallinan, contributing editor at the think-tank Foreign Policy in Focus.
The Arab League has promised to provide military support to Libya in its fight against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL). The announcement was made at an extra-ordinary meeting in Cairo on Tuesday, after a key Libyan official described the country's condition as critical.
RT: The Arab League is urging Arab countries to provide military assistance to Libya. What form could this take?
Dr. Conn Hallinan: Probably there will be some military aspect too. I suspect that the Egyptian military will become much more directly involved; they are already doing a certain amount of bombing, United Arab Emirates (UAE) as well. I just think that there is a considerable amount of irony involved in this since it was the Arab League that set out at the beginning to overthrow the Gaddafi government and there were many warnings at that time that it was a bad idea, that there should be some sort of political settlement that was arranged, but the Arab League went along with NATO, the US and Britain, and overthrew the regime. Now of course they do have a failed state and a vacuum is there and IS has filled it in. I find it somehow ironic that the Arab League has suddenly recognized that this is a problem.

Israel raids on Syria, Hezbollah targets since 2013
Damascus (AFP) - Israel, which launched deadly air strikes Thursday and Friday on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights, has carried out several attacks on Syrian military positions since January 2013.
It has also targeted the powerful Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah, a key ally of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

- January 30: Israel's air force bombards a surface-to-air missiles site and adjacent military complex near Damascus suspected of holding chemical agents, with a US official saying Israel feared the transfer of weapons from Syria to Hezbollah. The New York Times says the raid could have damaged Syria's main research centre for biological and chemical weapons. Israel's defence minister implicitly confirms the raid and reaffirms that Israel will not allow arms transfers to Hezbollah.
- May 3: A raid near Damascus targets Iranian weapons destined for Hezbollah, a senior Israeli official says.
- May 5: A raid hits the Jamraya scientific research centre in Damascus, a weapons depot and an aircraft unit, reports a diplomat in Beirut. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says 42 soldiers are killed.
- October 30: Fighter jets hit a military airbase in regime stronghold Latakia, western Syria, to halt a shipment of surface-to-air missiles to Hezbollah, according to Saudi-owned Al-Arabiya television.

- January 28: Israel carries out raids against Syrian army targets, saying Damascus was responsible for rocket fire that hit its side of the Golan.
- July 29: An air strike on a government-held village on the Syrian side of the Golan kills two Hezbollah militants and three pro-regime fighters, the Observatory says.
- August 20: Israel launches strikes on 14 Syrian army positions on the Golan in response to rockets fired from Syria on Israel's northern Galilee region. One person is killed, the Syrian military says.
- August 21: An Israeli strike on the Syrian side of the Golan kills five, Syrian state television says.
If you look at a map of combatants the borderlands of Syria and Israel are controlled by ISIS and their allies .If Israel is worried about Islamic fanatics why is it bombing the forces of Assad who are fighting ISIS and not the ISIS positions? Is there an Israeli policy of secretly rooting for the victory of the Islamo-fascists?

The World After The Washington-Teheran Agreement
By Thierry Meyssan
Global Research, August 20, 2015
Voltaire Network 17 August 2015
The cease-fire decreed between the United States and Iran redefines the conflicts in the Near East and moves the war towards the Black Sea. Even though it is yet too soon to predict the way in which the rivalry between Riyadh and Teheran will evolve, and also what will become of Turkey, it is already clear that we are moving towards peace in Yemen and Syria.
The opposition between the United States and Iran, which had dominated Near-Eastern politics since the speech given by Imam Rouhollah Khomeiny at Teheran cemetery on the 1st February 1979, to the signature of the bilateral agreement with the government of Cheikh Hassan Rohani on the 14th July 2015, no longer exists. As from now, Washington and Teheran are both pusuing the interests of the same global ruling class.
At the time, President Jimmy Carter and his National Security Council advisor Zbigniew Brzeziński had to deal with the desertion of Iran, which, until then, had been Washington’s « local police force ». They reacted first by soliciting the Saudis for help in countering the Imam’s revolutionary, anti-imperialist message – this signalled the beginning of the Wahhabisation of world Islam – then by deciding to control the Near Eastern reserve of hydrocarbons.
During his « State of the Union » speech of the 23rd January 1980, Jimmy Carter declared – « Let our position be absolutely clear – any attempt by a foreign power to take control of the Persian Gulf region will be considered as an attack on the vital interests of the United States of America, and any such attack will be resisted by all necessary means, including military force. »
With this objective, the Pentagon organised a regional command for its army, the Central Command (CentCom), whose zone of competence included all the states in the region with the exception of Israel and Turkey.
The end of the artificial Sunnite/Chiite conflict
For 35 years, we have watched the slow development of an abyss between the Sunnites, commanded by their Saudi champion, and the Chiites, commanded by their Iranian leader. The former defended the United States and their capitalist economic model, while the latter hoped to die delivering the world from Anglo-Saxon imperialism.
This conflict, and this form of economic cleavage, had never before in History existed at such a degree of intensity. It peaked with the Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaïda and Daesh, three movements financed by the Gulf monarchies and their allies, and from time to time, Israël against the Chiites.
Since the 14th July, and without the slightest explanation, Riyadh has ceased to evoke this religious conflict, which has clearly been resolved without the help of the theologians. Saudi Arabia is no longer fighting Iran, which is now a partner of its US overlord, but finds itself in opposition to Iran in the new Near East. So now Riyadh is no longer claiming to represent the Sunnites, but the Arabs, while Iran can no longer pose as the leader of the Chiites, but only the Persians.
However, until 2010, the Arab world was no longer under unilateral Saudi control, but governed by a triumvirate composed of Egypt, Syria and Saudi Arabia.
The evolution of CentCom
Although the reform of CentCom is not yet on the schedule, the subject will have to be addressed soon. Currently, its zone of competence includes the Near East and Central Asia. However, we should not only be seeing peace coming to Yemen and Syria very soon, but we may also see the war moving on towards the Black Sea, Turkey and Crimea.
The United Nations have announced their intention to organise inter-Syrian negotiations and refer them to a « contact group », in other words, the powers that have been sponsoring the war for the last four and a half years.
Globally speaking, we are moving towards an agreement which will recognise the « victory » of Saudi Arabia in Yemen, and that of Iran in Syria.

The Hebrew State Is Disappearing, the Jewish State Is Taking Over
Tuesday, 11 August 2015. By Biagio Della Malva
We are witnessing a mutation of Judaism, a new Judaism – fanatic, violent and now murderous as well. It is liable to bury the state, just as it buried the Second Temple.
Uri Avnery Aug 11, 2015 8:23 PM
After World War II, I participated in many demonstrations against the British, who were ruling this area at the time. All those demonstrations used the slogan, “Free immigration! A Hebrew state!” I can’t remember a single demonstration at which people shouted, “Free immigration! A Jewish state!”
Back then, “Jewish state” sounded like a paradox to us. Everything pertaining to the Jewish community in the Land of Israel was “Hebrew.” Everything pertaining to Jewish communities in the Diaspora was “Jewish.” There was Hebrew agriculture, a Hebrew underground, the first Hebrew city. There was Jewish religion, a Jewish Diaspora, Jewish immigration.
One can leaf through any newspaper published here before the state’s establishment: The term “Jewish” as applied to things created in this land was virtually nonexistent. The spoken language had adopted this distinction long before the small group of writers and artists who took it to extremes had arisen. This group, which Avraham Shlonsky derogatorily termed “the Canaanites,” claimed we had no connection with the Jews at all; rather, we were an old-new “Hebrew” nation that had leapfrogged over 2,000 years in the history of the Jewish Diaspora.
If so, how did it happen that the declaration of the state’s establishment in 1948 spoke of a “Jewish state”? To understand this, it’s necessary to go back to the reality of those days. In the eyes of the British, there were two peoples in this land: Arab and Jewish. Thus the UN resolution on partition decreed the establishment of an Arab state and a Jewish state. The Declaration of Independence was based on this resolution, and therefore declared the establishment of “a Jewish state ... the State of Israel.”
At that time, the Jewish religion in this land was at a nadir. As a boy, I lived for some time on the moshav of Nahalal. Its founders lived for many years in miserable wooden huts. When they were able to build stone buildings, they built cowsheds, and only afterward did they build modest houses for themselves. Then they built a milk processing plant, and then a community center, Beit Ha’am. There was also a synagogue – a small, out-of-the way hut where the old people prayed.
The general feeling was that the Jewish religion in this land was dying, and would die for good when the old men and women who still clung to it passed away. Zionism, we believed, had come in place of religion.
David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s first prime minister, thought the same. Otherwise, it would never have entered his head to exempt yeshiva students from army service, which he viewed as sacred. The exemption of a few hundred students was, for him, a good way to solve his coalition problems.
For the same reason, he allowed the establishment of the state religious school system. “The old man” liquidated the school system affiliated with the left-wing workers’ movement because he saw it as a danger to the state’s sovereignty. But he permitted the state religious system because he was convinced religion was dying and didn’t constitute a threat.
The religious kibbutz movement was also a withered limb, the stepchild of the secular agricultural settlement movements. And the ultra-Orthodox, somewhere out on the fringes, merited at most a tolerant smile; they aroused nothing but pity.
