The corporation known as the CIA, its al Qaeda and Clinton-Obama's Benghazi
Well put together and written article. Dots connected.
The Real Story of Benghazi and the Arab Spring
by William Michael
In late April, the State Department issued a report on terrorism in 2013.  The conclusions were startling, and, in regular fashion, understated by the American media.  According to the study, terrorist attacks rose by 43% in 2013, particularly in the Middle East and North Africa.  Although the report singled out (Russia-allied) Iran the state sponsor of terrorism, it also conceded that, despite a concerted effort by the international community to crack down on al Qaeda, the multi-headed terrorist organization had proliferated across the Maghreb (i.e. North Africa) and Middle East.  As one article, summarizing the report, put it:
"The most lethal attacks in 2013 were conducted by the Taliban in Afghanistan, the Pakistani Taliban, Nigeria’s Boko Haram, Al Qaeda in Iraq, Al Qaeda in Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, according to the report."
Note to the State Department: all of these – ISIS, the Taliban, Boko Haram, and the others – are under the al Qaeda umbrella.  They’re like different McDonald’s franchises, each ultimately answering to the same corporate headquarters.  And they’re all encouraged in their violence and other dirty dealings by the Muslim Brotherhood, whose main state sponsors are Qatar, Turkey, and Pakistan.  And yet, for some seemingly inexplicable reason, the State Department still singled out Iran.
A very curious ranking of priorities by the US Department of State, seeing as how it was al Qaeda, not Iranian-proxies such as Hezbollah or the Quds Force, who carried out the most lethal attacks.  Then again, the Obama administration did not even bother to define al Qaeda before declaring them all but defeated. Not to mention that the State Department was instrumental in training Egyptian Islamists political parties in 2011, prior to the election.
As explained in a previous article, The Manipulation of the American Military by the Muslim Brotherhood, the three most significant state sponsors of al Qaeda-tied terrorism are Qatar, Turkey, and Pakistan. Each of these countries is a significant US ally, and as a result have many important ties with the American military, diplomatic, and business establishments.  Qatar is the host to two of the largest American military bases in the entire world, as well as the Brookings Institution and the RAND Corporation; Turkey is a full-fledged NATO ally; Pakistan has a long history of “cooperation” with the American military and intelligence, and indeed is a subcontractor for NATO in the form of the National Logistics Cell – who are also heroin smugglers for the Taliban.
The Latest in a Long Line of Terror Groups
It would be unfair to the Muslim Brotherhood to not give them their due credit.  Their ideology was instrumental in the creation of al Qaeda, using bin Laden’s charisma as a means to attract new members to the Brotherhood’s eternal goal of uniting the Muslim world under Sharia law.  (You see, kafirs are going to be stuck in Dar al-Harb.)  AQ is just the latest in their tradition of militant, murderous, jihadi death squads.  In modern times, they were first known as the fedayeen.  Introduced by the Nazi collaborator Amin al-Husseini, the fedayeen were militant Palestinians who raided Israeli territory following the 1948 Arab-Israeli War.  Next the world came to know them as the mujahideen, a word most often associated with the Afghan-Islamic resistance against the Soviet Union.  Led by, among others, bin Laden, and funded by the United States (beginning under Carter and continuing through Reagan’s presidency), Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and other countries against Communism, the mujahideen acted as an unified front against an expansionist USSR.
Following the defeat of the Soviet Union in Afghanistan, bin Laden increasingly fell under the sway of Ayman al-Zawahiri and his interpretation of the revolutionary Islamist ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood as elaborated by Sayyid Qutb in his jihadist manifesto, “Milestones.” Before he met Zawahiri, who would become his spiritual mentor, bin Laden was not anti-American.  Osama’s father, Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden, a Yemeni, had risen to the top of Saudi social circles and was personal friends with the King, an ally of the United States (note: maybe not anymore).  The bin Laden family was (and still is) so respected that George H.W. Bush served on the Board of the Carlyle Group, a company with close ties to the family.  It was Zawahiri, a student and family friend (through an uncle) of the ideological father of the Muslim Brotherhood, Sayyid Qutb, who convinced/manipulated? bin Laden into turning his nascent Islamic fighting force into a tool of terror as envisioned by the most extreme elements of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Sayyid Qutb, like Zawahiri an Egyptian, had lived in post-war America, in New York, Washington D.C., and Greeley, Colorado.  Disgusted with materialism and what he perceived as loose sexuality, Qutb turned on the “white man.”  Elevating his religious hatred to racial hatred (in the same fashion as Brotherhood hero, Adolf Hitler; Mein Kampf translates into Arabic as My ‘Jihad’), Qutb declared war on them, writing:
"The white man in Europe or America is our number-one enemy… The white man crushes us underfoot while we teach our children about his civilization, his universal principles and noble objectives…. Let us instead plant the seeds of hatred, disgust, and revenge in the souls of these children. Let us teach these children from the time their nails are soft that the white man is the enemy of humanity, and that they should destroy him at the first opportunity."
There is a detailed narrative of bin Laden’s transformation under Zawahiri’s influence in Lawrence Wright’s The Looming Tower.  Wright’s book explains why Qutb’s seminal work Milestones (available here), might be called the Brotherhood’s Koran as well as the organizational equivalent of Lenin’s revolutionary call to action, “What Is to Be Done?”
We see in these relations the ideological link between Qutb’s fundamentalist vision of the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda.  Al Qaeda is the latest iteration of fedayeen and the mujihideen, and was conceived by another bin Laden mentor, Sheikh Abdullah Azzam. Sheikh Azzam’s purpose was to form a pioneering vanguard to serve as a military “base” –qaeda- for the jihad that would eventually establish an Islamic Caliphate. Azzam, bin Laden, and other likeminded jihadists actually organized al Qaeda in Peshawar, Pakistan in 1988.
The Arab Spring, Benghazi, Syria
Speaker of the House John Boehner recently announced that a special House committee would be formed to investigate what occurred on September 11, 2012 in Benghazi, when a U.S. consulate was attacked by al Qaeda.  (As explained above, “al Qaeda-linked” is a meaningless expression.  Local names of local terrorists can be thought of as local brands.)  Congressman Trey Gowdy, a longtime skeptic of the administration’s explanation of the events, has been tapped to head it.  The formation of this new committee was prompted by a FOIA request by the group Judicial Watch, which revealed that the White House had intentionally decided to play down the idea that it was a terrorist attack, and instead focus on the contrived narrative that it somehow related to an anti-Islamic video on YouTube.  Further contributing to these salacious revelations is the fact that a Muslim Brotherhood operative was copied on the email correspondence chain.
Democrats in the House and the White House have pulled out all the stops to quash a new investigation.  House Democrats are deciding whether to boycott the committee, and Nancy Pelosi insisted that it have equal number of Republicans and Democrats.  (It has been decided that there will be seven Republicans and five Democrats.)  The White House has announced that it will not cooperate, period.  Such a move by the White House could lead to a Constitutional crisis.
Speculation abounds as to what the exact purpose of this Committee will be.  Many have suggested that it will prove how irresponsible Hillary Clinton was as a Secretary of State, therefore crippling her presidential ambitions.  Others think it may prove, finally, that the White House played politics with national security before the presidential election.  This would critically damage the president’s credibility, which has already suffered in his second term.  But what if it is something much more serious?  Evidence suggests not just a political failure on part of the administration, but a scandal so taboo that few want to entertain the idea that it may be true.
The as yet unproven scandal in question is no less than this: Was the CIA, under orders from the Obama administration, operating a weapons ring of Libyan arms to Syrian rebels, many whom are al Qaeda? The circumstantial evidence available lends a high level of credulity to that very scenario.
It is important here to emphasize the purpose of Qatari-Turkish “Arab Spring” project, which was intended to install friendly, Muslim Brotherhood governments into countries where once secular strongmen ruled: first in Egypt, then in Libya, then in Syria.  The Qataris were not shy about backing the Libyan rebels.  They even provided armor.
[Image: Qatari Flag and flag of NLA of Libya, Qatari flag and flag of National Liberation Army (of Libya) on a Ratel 20 (allegedly photographed in Benghazi) ]
If there was an arms smuggling ring operating out of Benghazi, the Turks and the Qataris, [like President Obama, both supportive of the Syrian rebels] would certainly have known of it – if not organized it themselves.
CIA Boots on Ground
Shortly following the attack, Senator Rand Paul and Glenn Beck both hypothesized that the consulate in Benghazi was actually a CIA safe house for a “rat line” of Libyan weapons into Syria.  CNN reported in August, 2013 that there were “dozens of people working for the CIA” in the compound at the time the attack.  They also reported that the agency had resorted to an “unprecedented attempt” to keep the CIA survivors from leaking to the press.  Many of them were even subjected to regular polygraph (i.e., lie detector) tests to determine if they had spoken to members of Congress or the press.  According to CNN, CIA contract security personnel had to sign nondisclosure agreements to prevent them from talking to Congress or the press, though CIA Chief John Brennan denies this allegation.   While it would be perfectly reasonable, even expected, that CIA officers were in Libya following the demise of Gaddafi, perhaps to prevent Libyan arms from falling into the wrong hands, why would the Agency go to such lengths to keep this a secret?  It doesn’t really make sense.
In that same article, CNN cited Congressional sources who speculated that “U.S. agencies [i.e. the CIA and State Department] operating in Benghazi were secretly helping to move surface-to-air missiles out of Libya, through Turkey, and into the hands of Syrian rebels.”  Given Obama’s support for the Syrian rebels, not to mention the fact that the last visitor to the compound prior to the attack was a Turkish diplomat, the CNN account makes too much sense to ignore.
Benghazi witnesses are hard to come by.  Senator Lindsey Graham was flummoxed to learn that the survivors were “told to be quiet” about the attack by the administration.  The South Carolina Senator also believes that the administration is trying to cover something up, saying “We cannot let this administration or any other administration get away with hiding from the American people and Congress, people who were there in real time to tell the story.”  Such actions by the administration against Benghazi survivors has led many to quip that the witnesses have “vanished.”  Moreover, Congressman Frank Wolf of Virginia has repeatedly called for a new investigation, due to the firm belief that the truth would never come out unless there was a bipartisan investigative panel.  Says Wolf in his press release, “This isn’t about politics nor is it a vendetta. It’s about the legislative branch conducting its most basic responsibility: strong oversight. To date, I do not believe anyone can honestly say Congress has fulfilled its constitutional responsibility with regard to Benghazi.”
Until last week, these calls had been ignored by House leadership and John Boehner.

Rebel commander warns of onslaught on Ukrainian forces
By Aleksandar Vasovic
SLAVIANSK Ukraine (Reuters) - A senior rebel commander in Ukraine's separatist eastern region has threatened an onslaught on Ukrainian military checkpoints if they are not withdrawn on Thursday, according to a video posted on the Facebook page of a rebel politician.
Sergei Zdrilyuk, dressed in military fatigues, clearly tired and sometimes mixing his words, said he had covert groups already in place. "I am ready to draw the first blood myself."
In the 30-minute video, he moved from military strategy and strengths to problems with a rival fighting unit and, in a reference to his Ukrainian home, troubles with his mother's flock of geese.
The eastern rebellion by pro-Russian separatists has shaken Ukraine and pushed Western powers into a Cold War-style confrontation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, whom they accuse of destabilising Ukraine.
Zdrilyuk introduced himself as deputy to Igor Strelkov, appointed head of rebel forces on Monday after the southeastern region of Donetsk held an unofficial referendum that rebels said gave 80 percent support for a break with Kiev. Both are regarded as "terrorists" by Kiev.
The Ukrainian intelligence service SBU showed on its website photographs of him, giving his codenames "Abwehr" (former name of the German military intelligence service) and "Adler" (German for eagle). It described him as a Ukrainian who had taken Russian citizenship in February.
In a possible allusion to tensions between rival groups among the rebels, Zdrilyuk complained about the activity of a "curly-haired man" he identified as an ex-member of the Russian security service FSB. He said the man, going by the nicknames of "Magician" and "Joker", had a group of 30 armed accomplices.
He said Strelkov, whom Kiev identifies as a Russian military intelligence officer and proof of their contention the rebels are led by Russian special forces, commanded a force of 10,000 fighters and 1,000 armoured vehicles. The commander had moved from his stronghold of Slaviansk to the town of Donetsk.
There was no way of verifying his figures. The rebels are an amalgam of trained soldiers and volunteer fighters armed with a mix of automatic rifles, pistols and hunting weapons.
"It doesn't matter if they (the Ukrainians) are conscripts or professional soldiers," Zdrilyuk said in what seemed to be a news conference posted on the Facebook page of rebel official Pavel Gubarev.
"If equipment is not withdrawn 20-30 km from Donetsk, all checkpoints will be destroyed; we have heavy guns," he said. "Our intelligence and covert groups are ready to move and some are already in place."
Asked what deadline he was setting, he replied: "In 24 hours." He looked at his watch and added "By nine o'Clock (Thursday evening)."

Lubos - Lennart Bengtsson will probably remain a renegade, anyway
Lennart Bengtsson (*1935) is a Swedish meteorologist and modeler.
You may check that he has written lots of papers and collected lots of citations. Two weeks ago, he decided to join a dozen of other researchers in the Academic Advisory Council of The Global Warming Policy Foundation, a skeptical climate change think tank led by Lord Nigel Lawson (chairman) and by Benny Peiser (director).
After a violent reaction to his decision – see e.g. GWPF, The Times, WUWT, Hans von Storch's blog, Climate Audit, Jo Nova, Judith Curry, Spiegel, Climate Depot, CATO, National Review, Marcel Crok, Click Green, Power Line Blog, and joyful fascist jerk William Connolley and his Big Whopper Gestapo Comrade, Goebbelsian troll David Appell – he left the GWPF board.
He was afraid of his security and health after a storm of reactions from his "colleagues" in their "community", particularly those from the U.S. Unfortunately, we were not shown too many details about the reaction but I can imagine it was severe. His collaborators also immediately started to fire him from papers, author lists, and so on.
The professor and sensible people in general have described the atmosphere in that "community" as a modern counterpart of McCarthyism.
I must say: Welcome to the real world, Lennart Bengtsson. Maybe he didn't expect this reaction. I surely would. You know, the movement of climate psychopaths belongs among the most aggressive extreme components of the far left and new fascist political movements of our epoch. They have no respect to any moral and human values that would transcend their sick propaganda whatsoever. They're ready – and eager – to destroy human lives. Some of them are bloody, treacherous beasts of prey dressed up as friends. In the world of Academia, they're omnipresent. It doesn't mean that they're the majority; they are surely not. But their concentration and their aggressiveness is high enough to cripple and poison every large enough research group or institution.
Your humble correspondent has been brutally harassed by this fascist clique many times (even my interactions with Naomi Oreskes are scary enough for a heart attack: what a fakt-up bič she is) but I was kind of ready because I grew up as a child and teenage dissident in a communist regime. I must add that the 1980s used to be a lukewarm stage of communism. I don't really remember anyone who would vigorously believe all this Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist junk. Even the most important enforcers of this stuff in the workplace would display a somewhat measured attitude. The climate psychopaths – those who want to "fight climate change" – are more obsessed with their delusions than the Eastern European communists in the 1980s. Climate alarmism is Nazism or Stalinism Reloaded and Reenergized.
Some of these climate psychopaths are sincere believers who don't really materially benefit much. Many others are hardcore criminals who have used the climate propaganda and the climate intimidation to earn as much as millions of dollars. Many of them must realize that they're dirty criminals, thieves, liars, and gangsters who would normally deserve to spend their life in prison. And that makes them even more aggressive because they are afraid of their basic freedom for the very same reason as any murderer who is wanted by police.
It seems unlikely to me that by having resigned from the GWPF board, Lennart Bengtsson will revert his standing in the "community" to the previous conditions. These climate fascists have probably labeled him a dangerous renegade, a heretic, a doomed apostate. Special folders and pages on the black lists have been dedicated to him. Some of the alarmists may be somewhat moderate but the most consequential ones are the infinitely unhinged individuals whose desire for the ideological "purity" (meaning 100% shittiness) within what they consider "their ranks" knows no limits.

Good piece on geoengineering here by Clint Richardson. If you read the comments you might think that the Mr Case there (I've nicknamed him Head) bears a striking resemblance to our very own Hard of the same surname :-)

Btw, I had to laugh at one of the comments on a piece discussing the Ukraine situ where many of the comments were clearly Russophobic. "Yes, and Russia is responsible for the Dead Sea too!" I may not have quoted exactly but it's close enough.

How NATO Jabs Russia on Ukraine
The U.S. mainstream media portrays the Ukraine crisis as a case of Russian “imperialism,” but the reality is that Moscow has been reacting to aggressive moves by Washington to expand NATO to Russia’s border in violation of a post-Cold War pledge, writes ex-CIA analyst Ray McGovern.
By Ray McGovern
May 15 2014 "ICH" - "Consortium News" - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov used Wednesday’s interview with Bloomberg News to address the overriding issue regarding the future of Ukraine, at least from Moscow’s perspective. Speaking in fluent English, he said Russia would be “categorically against” Ukraine joining NATO.
Lavrov said he welcomed the interviewer’s question regarding whether Ukraine can be part of NATO, recognizing it as a chance to shoehorn background information into the interview. It was an opportunity to explain Moscow’s position to a wide English-speaking international audience – first and foremost Americans. His comments seemed partly aimed at those so malnourished on “mainstream media” that they might be learning the history of NATO enlargement for the first time. Lavrov said:
“In my view, it all started … back in the 1990s, when in spite of all the pronouncements about how the Cold War was over and that there should be no winners – yet, NATO looked upon itself as a winner.”
Lavrov said U.S. and NATO reneged on a series of commitments: not to enlarge the Alliance; then (after NATO was expanded contrary to that commitment), not to deploy substantial forces on the territories of new NATO members; and then not to move NATO infrastructure to the Russian border.
“All these commitments have been, to one degree or another, violated,” said Lavrov, adding that “attempts to draw Ukraine into NATO would have a negative impact on the entire system of European security.” Lavrov said Russia’s national security interests and 25 years of recent history make this a key problem, not only for Ukraine and NATO, but also “an issue of Russia.”
Is Lavrov distorting the history? The answer is important – the more so inasmuch as the information needed to form cogent judgments is rarely found in the U.S. “mainstream media.” What happened in the months immediately before and after the fall of the Berlin Wall on Nov. 9/10, 1989, is key to understanding Russia’s attitude now.

The U.S. Military’s New Normal in Africa

The Benghazi killings, unrest in South Sudan, and now the Boko Haram kidnappings have provided the U.S. with - further justification for publicizing a steady expansion on that continent that’s been underway but under wraps for years.

From Benghazi to Boko Haram

Exposing the whole sordid story of the destruction of Libya and the role of Al-Qaeda as the “boots on the ground” for U.S. geo-strategic objectives in North Africa and the Middle East represents the only strategy that an independent and principled left could pursue.

Kidnapped Girls Become Tools of U.S. Imperial Policy in Africa
By Glen Ford
The newly aware U.S. public may or may not be screaming for blood, but rivers of blood have already flowed in the region.
The Obama woman's picture, satirised versions went viral on twitter, is the foot in the door for intervention, possibly by NATO, more likely by Africom to render the country chaotic and so easy to plunder. Nigeria is Africa's richest country in mineral and hydrocarbon abundance. Boko Haram is reported to be under the AQ umbrella and funded by the CIA.

Who is Haj Amin al-Husseini?
In the post, the link for the text "Hitler" didn't take so here is some from the linked article -

Egypt is in the midst of a civil war, pitting secularist Muslims, Christians, Jews against the Muslim Brotherhood. The level and severity of violence is increasing daily, with shops now being marked by the Brotherhood, and churches being torched, distinctly recalling Kristallnacht (or perhaps the story Moses). While it is easy for Americans to relate to secular Egyptians, who worship (or don’t) in peace, earn a living for their family, live normal lives, and dream of a better future, the same cannot be said for the Muslim Brotherhood. Much of the superficial reporting on the Muslim Brotherhood bills them as a more moderate faction of Islamists, modern and appreciative of technology. Indeed, the Muslim Brotherhood does embrace western fashion and technology, unlike other Islamists groups, like the Taliban. For decades the Brotherhood has occupied many high ranking positions in the Egyptian civil service, as well as education, healthcare, engineering, and even the military. This has made their presence seem innocuous to the West, and even to many in Egypt, seem innocuous.
Yet the Brotherhood operates by secret cells, recalling their Leninist heritage. Members of each cell infiltrate civic, business, and religious institutions and hold secret affiliations with other cells. The Brotherhood also has a history of secret armies, physical training, and combat readiness, recalling the Storm Troopers (S.A.). It is the Nazism of the “Brothers” that nobody wants to touch. An open secret, you might say.

Is the CIA a far right Naziesque gang or does it just support many such in order to progress the zio-pilgrims' globalization and world subjugation plans?
What are Cameron and Hague considering their support for the neo Nazis in Ukraine? Certainly not friends of the UK. 5th columnists is my assumption.

The Northern Nigeria chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) says it suspects a conspiracy regarding the abducted girls of Government Girls Secondary School in Chibok, Borno State, involving Governor Kashim Shettima, the Commissioner for Education, the Principal of the school and the Chief Security Officer (CS0).
Among others, in a statement issued today, it noted that neither the daughters of the teachers nor of the Principal were abducted.

White House Escalates Interventionist Plans for Nigeria
Abduction of students sparks outrage while imperialists pour in
By Abayomi Azikiwe Pan-African News Wire
A video purportedly released by the armed Boko Haram sect based in northeastern Nigeria showed what was said to be school girls who have been held by the group for a month. The Boko Haram leader said that the young women [~300] could be released in exchange for the prisoners belonging to their organization being held by the Nigerian government.
With the convening of the World Economic Forum for Africa in Abuja, the political capital of Nigeria, during the week of May 5, international media attention was focused on the country. The issue of internal security in Nigeria was also paramount since the detonation of two deadly bombs in Abuja during a three week period which resulted in the deaths of over 80 people.
Simultaneously the story involving the missing high school students from the village of Chibok in Borno state in the northeast which has been under a government-imposed state of emergency for months, was utilized to mobilize the intervention of military and intelligence personnel from Washington, London, Paris and Tel Aviv.

Putin's 'Top 10' Lies On Ukraine.
“Russia continues to spin a false and dangerous narrative to justify its illegal actions in Ukraine,” the State Department said in a statement.

“The Russian propaganda machine continues to promote hate speech and incite violence by creating a false threat in Ukraine that does not exist. We would not be seeing the violence and sad events that we’ve witnessed this weekend without this relentless stream of disinformation and Russian provocateurs fostering unrest in eastern Ukraine.”

In the listicle-esque fact sheet, the State Department went after 10 more of Russia’s “false claims,” this time coming amid Russian advances into eastern Ukraine. Among other points, this fact sheet pushes back against Russian claims that it has nothing to do with the unrest, that the Ukrainian government is responsible for targeting otherwise “peaceful” protesters, and that it has ordered a “partial drawdown” of the massive troop buildup at the Ukrainian border.

It serves as another sign the Obama administration is ratcheting up its rhetoric in an attempt to put pressure on Russia and, ultimately, avoid a repeat of last month’s scenario in Crimea. On Saturday, the White House accused Russia of supporting efforts by separatists who are “inciting violence and sabotage.” "
