Will HMQEII send Cameron to serve as Her proxy?
Pope, Queen and Canadian Prime Minister found Guilty of Crimes against Humanity and Sentenced to Twenty Five Year Prison Terms
Court Orders them to Surrender by March 4 or face Citizens' Arrests
Pope Benedict will go to jail for twenty five years for his role in Crimes against Humanity, and Vatican wealth and property is to be seized, according to today's historic verdict of the International Common Law Court of Justice.
The Brussels-based Court handed down a unanimous guilty verdict from its Citizen Jurors and ordered the citizens' arrest of thirty Defendants commencing March 4 in a Court Order issued to them today.
The verdict read in part,
"We the Citizen Jury find that the Defendants in this case are guilty of the two indictments, that is, they are guilty of committing or aiding and abetting Crimes against Humanity, and of being part of an ongoing Criminal Conspiracy"
The Jury ruled that each Defendant receive a mandatory twenty five year prison sentence without parole, and have all their personal assets seized.
The Court went on to declare in its Order No. 022513-001,
"The Defendants are ordered to surrender themselves voluntarily to Peace Officers and Agents authorized by this COURT, having been found Guilty as charged.
"The Defendants have seven days from the issuing of this ORDER, until March 4, 2103, to comply. After March 4, 2013, an International Arrest Warrant will be issued against these Defendants".
The guilty parties include Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England, Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, and the head officers of the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada. (A complete copy of the Verdict, the Court Order and a list of the Defendants is enclosed on the accompanying you tube link).
The guilty verdict followed nearly a month of deliberations by more than thirty sworn Citizen Jurors of the 150 case exhibits produced by Court Prosecutors.
These exhibits detailed irrefutable proof of a massive criminal conspiracy by the Defendants' institutions to commit and conceal Genocide on generations of children in so-called Indian residential schools across Canada.
None of the Defendants challenged or disputed a Public Summons issued to them last September; nor did they deny the charges made against them, or offer counter evidence to the Court.
"Their silence told me a lot. Why wouldn't innocent people defend their own reputation when accused of such horrible things?" commented one Juror, based in England.
"These crimes were aimed at children, and were a cold and calculated plan to wipe out Indians who weren't Christians. And the defendants clearly are still covering up this crime. So we felt we had to do more than slap their wrist. The whole reign of terror by state-backed churches that are above the law has to end, because children still suffer from it".
The Court's judgement declares the wealth and property of the churches responsible for the Canadian genocide to be forfeited and placed under public ownership, as reparations for the families of the more than 50,000 children who died in the residential schools.
To enforce its sentence, the Court has empowered citizens in Canada, the United States, England, Italy and a dozen other nations to act as its legal agents armed with warrants, and peacefully occupy and seize properties of the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada, which are the main agents in the deaths of these children.
"This sentence gives a legal foundation and legitimacy to the church occupations that have already begun by victims of church torture around the world" commented Kevin Annett, the chief adviser to the Prosecutor's Office, who presented its case to the world. (see www.itccs.org, November 6 and January 30 postings)
"The verdict of the Court is clearly that these criminal church bodies are to be legally and practically disestablished, and their stolen wealth reclaimed by the people. Justice has finally begun to be be served. The dead can now rest more easily."
Court officers are delivering the Order to all the Defendants this week, including to the Canadian Prime Minister, the Queen of England and to Joseph Ratzinger, the retiring Pope Benedict who is avoiding arrest within the Vatican after suddenly resigning two weeks ago.
The citizens' arrests of these and other Defendants will commence on March 4 if they do not surrender themselves and their assets, as per the Court Order.
These actions will be filmed and posted at here in the coming week, along with further updates from the Court and its Citizen Agents.

Falklands dispute: Argentina accuses UK of ‘defiance’ of anti-nuke treaty
Argentina has lashed out at the UK for allegedly violating an international treaty and sending submarines with nuclear weapons capacity to the Falkland Islands- a nuclear-free zone.
“We currently are in an unstable stage of the implementation of the Tlatelolco treaty, which bans nuclear arms in Latin America and the Caribbean. [The Treaty] is being defied by the United Kingdom,” MercoPress quoted Eduardo Zuain, Argentina's Foreign Relations secretary, as saying prior to the Disarming Conference at the UN.
Zuain also blamed London for a strong military presence in the Atlantic,“including submarines with the capacity to transport nuclear armory to a nuclear-free area,” alleging they were dispatched to the area 30 years ago during the conflict between Buenos Aeros and London.

Eco fascist EPA guilty of crimes against humanity
EPA scrubs database of air pollution experiment on children?
EPA Stalin-izes an experiment exposing children to diesel exhaust.
Amid last year’s Fakegate scandal involving Peter Gleick and the Heartland Institute, JunkScience.com discovered that the EPA scrubbed its grants database of grants the agency had given Gleick.
Now amid the ongoing human testing scandal, the EPA seems to have again scrubbed its database of a study involving the intentional exposure to children to diesel exhaust. Here’s the story -
The EPA needs to be closed down and people brought before an international court on human rights charges.

Bad decision for truthers

Moral Victory for Protestor who says BBC 9/11 Coverage was False
[...] Campaigner and film maker Tony Rooke claimed a moral victory today after a UK court gave him a conditional discharge even though he has refused to pay his BBC license fee.
Rooke argued that the BBC's coverage of the 9/11 terror attacks in New York has been so distorted that it amounts to giving aid and comfort to the unidentified terrorists who demolished three World Trade Centre buildings in 2001. Two hijacked planes were flown into the famous Twin Towers and a third tower WTC7 collapsed later in the day. The attacks were used as the pretext for a decade of wars and the introduction of police state measures across the NATO countries. Vast personal fortunes were made by White House and CIA officials who failed to thwart 9/11.
[...] Conditional discharges are often used in political cases to indicate that the accused, though technically guilty, occupies the moral high ground. In addition the case provides a yardstick that can be raised by future campaigners. On the other hand because he has not been convicted, Tony cannot appeal and force the courts to scrutinise the highly questionable activities of the BBC as a conduit for CIA propaganda.

Pirates, Beware: Industry, ISPs Launch Copyright Alert System
The entertainment's industry new piracy warnings to computer users started flowing Monday as the industry and internet service providers finally launched their long-promised Copyright Alert System.
Announced in 2011 and originally set to begin by the end of 2012, the alert system is an effort by the movie, TV and recording industries and major cable providers to move much more swiftly to issue warnings whenever copyright owners discover that an account is being used to access or download pirated content.
Also read: Studios, Internet Providers Adopt Punitive Piracy Warning System
The system was created by the Center for Copyright Information, which includes the six major studios, record labels such as Warner and EMI and internet giants such as Time Warner Cable, Verizon, AT&T and Cablevision. Along with the Motion Picture Association of America, the Recording Industry Association of America and the Independent Film and Television Alliance are also involved.
The alerts will go out automatically when internet service providers are notified that piracy has occurred -- hopefully as soon as a day after the content is accessed.
In the new system, users will be directed to a landing page after receiving five to six warnings. That page will require them to contact their internet providers or respond to some educational materials.
Before their Internet access is restricted, users do have the option of requesting an independent review, at a cost of $35.
The center describes the notices as "educational." Illegal down loaders will get up to six notices urging them to switch to legal content sources. If they don't respond, they could find themselves facing slowed internet connections and possibly other sanctions.
There does have to be evidence that the user actually accessed pirated content; just going to a pirate site would not cause sanctions. Just visiting PirateBay.com, for example, doesn't prove they are accessing a movie that Disney owns.

Croatian weapons were sent by Saudi Arabia to back up the militants in Syria
An informed source has uncovered that “Saudi Arabia has supplied armed militants in Syria with large shipments of infantry and heavy weapons through Jordan”.
"The weapons began reaching rebels in December via shipments smugled through Jordan to Syria”, according to The New York Times newspaper quoting from American and Western officials
One Western official said "thousands of rifles and hundreds of machine guns and an unknown quantity of ammunitions were among the weapons that were shipped to Syria”.
“The recent Saudi purchase of heavy weapons from Croatia was "not in and of itself a tipping point because I remain convinced we are not near that tipping point," the official added.

UK spends fortune on army ‘as if it still had Empire’
Earlier this week, Prime Minister David Cameron announced he was “very open” to spending money from the UK's 10-billion-pound ($US15.2 billion) aid budget on peacekeeping and other security operations.
The move sparked a wave of criticism in Britain, with opponents insisting that money should be spent on things like hospitals rather than the military.
RT: There had been cuts on the cards for the UK defense budget - what do you make of it possibly getting an extra peacekeeping handout?
Lindsey German: I think it’s fairly shocking. Although, perhaps, not so surprising. David Cameron is making a move away from the relatively very small budget for overseas aid towards yet again the military. Of course, there is talk of cuts in defense. Of course, the amount spent overall on wars, on continued interventions is very high.
For example, Britain spends from 4 to 5 billion pounds ($US6-7.5 billion) a year for the war in Afghanistan, whereas last year it was committing 178 million pounds to aid. And you do really ask yourself: what would be more useful in a country like Afghanistan – more training of troops or money spent on improving infrastructure, agriculture and giving people better education.
RT: Prime Minister Cameron talked of moral and security responsibilities. Shouldn't helping the ailing economy at home be a bigger priority?
LG: The cost of fuel and food is very high in the UK. We are in the recession. And people say that this is very largely because people’s wages aren’t sufficient to cover anything apart from their housing, their fuel and the very basic food that they need.
Yet, there seems to be endless money for war. And this is a war which is generally recognized as not being won. It’s also generally recognized that whatever scale of withdrawal is in the end of 2014, none of the fundamental problems in Afghanistan will be dealt with.
So we are declining imperial power at home and spending money on wars which are benefiting to nobody.

How The End Of Empire Comes, Not With A Bang, But With A Whimper
When Moody's downgraded the UK's sovereign credit rating last week it was something of an anti-climax. The ratings agencies long ago lost what little credibility they ever had. Being downgraded by Moody's is like being called a moron by a moron; ask anyone who has ever set foot in a bond dealing room - the ratings agencies are always behind the curve. The UK has been on the skids, credit-wise, for years. Britain's debt to GDP has gone through the roof. We, and generations to come, will be left with the reckoning. Nobody believes that bonds are an objective reflection of economic reality. The game is rigged, and everybody knows it. But the Moody's downgrade should serve as a piercing smoke alarm to anybody still naive enough to be holding these instruments of value destruction. Get out now while the going is good.

George Osborne Still Doesn’t Get It
In downgrading British debt from AAA to AA1, Moody’s was explicit enough to mention weak growth as the main problem. Now, I couldn’t in itself care less about what Moody’s thinks, because credit ratings agencies are themselves bastions of utter incompetence who continued to rate subprime junk mortgage-backed securities as AAA long after it became clear that they were dangerous default-ridden products. But Osborne himself made clear that Britain’s credit rating was the metric on which we should judge his performance. Yet although Moody’s mentioned weak growth as the problem, Osborne continues to talk about how reducing Britain’s debt-load is his main priority, something that he has completely failed to do:
That ultimately is the choice for Britain — either we can abandon our efforts to deal with our debt problems and make a difficult situation very much worse or we can redouble our efforts to overcome our debts and make sure this country can earn its way in the world.
Osborne is tackling this from the wrong end of the problem. Strong, sustainable economic growth is the way to tackle the debt problem in the long run. But Osborne’s fiscal austerity is not the way to strong sustainable economic growth, which means he is failing by on his own terms and by his own definition. In terms of growth, since 2007 Britain has done worse than comparable countries.

Goldman Managing Director Snagged In Insider Trading Probe Leaves Firm
With the entire world, and certainly GETCO's ES and EURUSD algos, focused on every single update out of the Italian Senate race, which now appears certain to not bring the necessary 158 seats to the Bersani-Monti coalition leading to a chaotic revote in the coming months, here is some tangential news of the "who could have ever seen this coming variety." Following last week's Heinz insider trading probe, which implicated a Goldman Sachs account in Zurich belonging to some private wealth client, who was so anonymous not even Goldman knows who it belonged to, we now learn that yet another Goldman employee has just left the company in a totally separate insider trading probe.

Italy May Be Headed For Revote Following Miserable Bersani-Monti Senate Showing
Very bad news for the globalist statist banker oligarchy as it now appears that an Italian revote is virtually unavoidable:
It also means that should Grillo form a coalition with Berlusconi, even if very unlikely, they would have the required 158 seat majority in the Senate. In short: this is a horrible result for Goldman and its technocratic tentacle which got an epic boot from the Italian people.

Will Bernanke BS Ever Be Believed Again?
Market Plunges As European Crisis Is Back

Overnight Sentiment Unhappy As Europe Is Broken Again: Italian Yields Soar
While the market will do everything in its power to forget yesterday's Hung Parliament outcome ever happened, and merrily look forward to today's Bernanke testimony (first of two) before the Senate, Europe is not quite so forgiving. Because moments after today's Italian Bill auction in which the now government-less country sold €8.75 billion in 6 month bills at a yield of 1.237% nearly double the 0.731% yield for the same issue previously, things went bump in the night, leading Italian 2Y yields to surge +38bps to 2.086%, vs 2.063% earlier, while the benchmark Italian 10Y yields soared +28bps to 4.766%, vs 4.739% earlier, and just shy of JPM's 5% target. Spain is not immune from the Italian developments, and while it will take the market some time to realize that the next political scandal may be dropping this time in Spain (as reported yesterday), the Spanish 10 Year is already up 7% to 5.23%. Suddenly talk of parity between Italy and Spain may be on the table all over again. And while unlike yesterday there is US macro data, in the form of US consumer confidence, new homes sales and house price data, all the market will care about is soothing Wall Street sellside spin that Italy is not really as bad as everyone said it would be if precisely what happened, happened. With the EURUSD on the verge of breaking down the 1.3000 support, it is very unclear if they will succeed.

Mario Monti Addresses The People Who Did Not Elect Him Twice In A Row
There is one certainty for now within the Italian elections - Goldman's unelected technocrat, Mario Monti, did not win and appears entirely irrelevant. In his first post-election speech - streamed below - the Goldman technocrat addresses the same people that did not elect him the first time, and certainly did not do so now, when they actually had a choice to do so.

Next Domino: Spain, As Main Suspect In Rajoy Graft Scandal Has Passport Confiscated
While today's attention was focused on the austerity-crushing defeat of Monti in Italy and the pre-supposition that the ECB being able to use its OMT promise against an ill-disciplined nation fades; there is another super-cell of destruction wending its way towards Berlin (and Brussels). At the perfect time for such things, Reuters reports that the man at the center of Spanish PM Rajoy's political scandal, Luis Barcenas, has been banned from leaving Spain, had his passport revoked, and ordered to report to court twice a month. The millions of dollars in Swiss bank accounts that investigators found that he had deposited and the linkages to Spain's royalty in the so-called 'graft' case are not playing well with the population as unemployment surges above 26%. Judged as a serious flight risk, the high court judge ordered the steps after finding out he was skiing in Canada two weeks ago (where they suspect funds were also transferred). One protester complained, "They are lying to us, and worse than that, scorning us... Enough is enough, we need some accountability."

Meet The Biggest Winner From Today's Italian Elections
It may come as a surprise to some, but the largest single party in the Italian Chamber as a result of today's elections, when stripping away all alliance partners, is none other than Beppe Grillo's Movimento 5 Stelle. With 25.53% of the votes (96.44% of the vote counted), the comedian/blogger/counterestablishmentarian/contrarian received more votes than either Bersani's Democratic Party which got 25.51%, and Berlusconi's Popolo Della Liberta, which got 21.44%. Congratulations to both him, and to the Italian people who made the most symbolic vote of all: that they are done with a broken statist status quo, and that despite engrained beliefs to the contrary, there is a third alternative to the fake Party A-Party B paradigm.
Think the electorate is sending a message?
